FAQ

What are the difference with the tickets?

Standard tickets get you entry into the show from 9am along with all the shopping and features on offer. You will be able to access the main arena performances on a first come, first served basis and a seat is not guaranteed. The standard seating area is cleared out after each performance to allow more people the opportunity to see a session. If you would like to see another performance, you will need to join the queue again.

Standard Plus tickets get you early entry into the show from 8.30am along with all the shopping and features on offer. This ticket also gives you a guaranteed seat on the day and session of your choice.

  • On Friday your seat is valid all day.
  • On Saturday & Sunday you will choose either a morning or afternoon session which your seat will be guaranteed for. You will not be asked to clear out from your seat after each performance. Both sessions feature the same riders.

VIP tickets get you preferential parking with a dedicated VIP entrance, early access from 8.30am, exclusive lounge area and access to the Ringside enclosure and a guaranteed seat all day in the Main Arena. It also includes a welcome glass of fizz, breakfast pastry, unlimited tea & coffee plus a choice of lunch in the lounge.

What are the facilities for disabled visitors?

If you have a blue badge you will be able to park in our disabled parking area which is closer to the show entrance and on hard standing. Please follow the signs for the Main Entrance (Postcode CV8 2LH) – you MUST have your blue badge on show and be present in the car, otherwise the stewards will turn you around.

The show is mainly indoor and on tarmac but this is uneven in some places.

We do have limited wheelchair slots with carer seat in our Main Arena along with some accessible seats. These can be booked with Standard Plus or VIP tickets to guarantee your space. Standard tickets will be on a first-come-first-served basis and aren’t guaranteed.

There is a hearing loop available in the organisers office.

Registered disabled visitors can buy a ticket with a free carer. On arrival the ticket holder will need to provide proof of entitlement with at least one of the following:

  • Letter/Notice of entitlement for Personal Independence Payment
  • Blue parking badge or Freedom Pass.

The venue does provide accessible toilets on site.

Where is Your Horse Live?

Your Horse Live is held at the NAEC Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, CV8 2LH.

Once you start seeing the AA signs for Your Horse Live please ignore your sat nav and follow the directions to your nearest carpark, unless you have a VIP Parking, Stable Yard, SEIB Competitor or Blue Badge pass.

For more information including rail and bus info please visit Getting Here | NAEC Stoneleigh

Can tickets be purchased on the gate/on the day?

Our plan is for standard tickets to be available on the day but these don’t allow entry until 9.30am on all days. However, we sometimes hit capacity with our advance sales, so please double check on the website and our social channels, a few days before you start to travel if you don’t have an advanced ticket.

Do you have a cash point on site?

There is no cash point on site at Stoneleigh Park. The fees that the third party suppliers want charge you to access your money is ridiculous.

Our tradestand holders are individual companies and it is their choice to accept cash or card payments.

Do you have anywhere to store shopping?

Yes, we have two Shop & Drop facilities available for you to use with a £2 charge that goes to our Rescue Village charities.

When can I find out what riders are featured each day?

Our timetables are being worked on and should be available in August. Please keep checking social and website for the latest details.
